The planning and design of the fixtures is decisive for the quality and cost-effectiveness of the surface coating. Our design engineers determine the optimal pick-up of the workpieces as well as the possible number of parts and the goods carrier layout. Depending on the coating process, the necessary current parameters are calculated in relation to the surfaces to be finished. Based on these findings, the material selection and the dimensioning of the required cross sections are carried out.
With the help of modern 3D design, part arrangements and entire goods carrier situations can be visualized. In the area of rotating and tilting racks, it is possible to simulate the motion sequences of two- and three-dimensional goods movements. For this purpose, we import component data directly into our design system and thus achieve a high accuracy of our racks. Particularly in the field of plastic electroplating, sample parts are often not yet available at the start of design. In order to create optimal conditions for an early production start of the frames, we have the possibility to produce sample parts on our 3D printers ourselves.
