Dependent on the process and requirements, several high-quality ISOFAN® synthetic and powder coatings are available for our racks. They are primarily used for the insulation of current-carrying parts in electroplating baths. The coatings are also suitable as corrosion protection for industrial plants, tools, product carriers and agitators.
Extensive pre-treatment and priming guarantee an optimal adhesive strength of the plastic coating. This is followed by a seamless and drop-optimized synthetic coating process using immersion or sintering. An automatic dipping system ensures that all parameters are exactly and documented.
ISOFAN® ST GREEN
This standardized PVC-dip coating provides flexible and lasting protection against acids, alkalis and corrosion to a temperature of up to 100°C. Due to its high elasticity, the ISOFAN® dip coating offers significant resistance to mechanical loads in comparison to thin-and hard coatings.
ISOFAN® ST RED
This PVC dip coating has the same technical properties as the green synthetic coating. It can be used for the colour differentiation of devices and crossbars.
ISOFAN® SQ BLUE
This PVC dip coating has been specially developed for long-lasting use in plastic electroplating processes.
ISOFAN® HT BLACK
This high temperature resistant variant of our PVC dip coating is suitable for all applications up to 160°C. This enables higher dryer temperatures among other things. It is elastic and acid and alkali resistant and can therefore be used in nearly every eletrolytic process.
This special thin-walled E-CTFE coating offers excellent resistance even when using concentrated acids. It is smooth, non-porous, non-abrasive and offers good, non-stick properties.
ISOFAN® POWDER COATING
This flexible and funtional PE powder coating is mechanical resilient and oil-resistant. This powder coating is qualified as a protective coating for tools, trays and similar.
