We deliver goods ordered for Swiss customers ourselves or send them with the Swiss Post.
In the case of deliveries of plumbing and related articles, there are generally no customs duties.Unless otherwise agreed in writing, we charge a transport cost share for each order that is delivered according to the following scale:
30,00 EUR / value of goods up to 1.000 EUR
40,00 EUR / value of goods up to 3.000 EUR
60,00 EUR / value of goods up to 6.000 EUR
80,00 EUR / value of goods from 6.000 EUR
For postage, rail freight and any special transport, etc., we charge the actual costs.
Transport and customs clearance according to Incoterms 2010 – DDP import sales tax is charged to the customer (importer).
payment of duty
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, we handle the preparation of customs documents and complete customs clearance and import into Switzerland. Additional costs do not arise for this.
Customs duties / Swiss VAT
In the case of deliveries of racs and related articles, there are generally no customs duties. Should customs duties be incurred, these are to be borne by the customer.
The Swiss import turnover tax is borne by the customer (importer). Insofar as the latter has a ZAZ account, the import turnover tax will be charged to this account. For customers without a ZAZ account, we will issue the import VAT on import at the customs office and send a corresponding payment request with the commercial invoice.
The return of goods from Switzerland, for any reason whatsoever, can only take place after agreement and with our express consent. The transport is usually organized by us. Any costs incurred for returns without agreement shall be borne by the sender.
